Whats the purpose of this NGO?

kekeke thats a silly Q…coz the post itself says its a NGO. and NGO’s are organisations who work for the good. So basically i think it means the musicians or the fans will get a lot of advantages if such a NGO comes up. Good Luck to those who came up with the idea.

well, i think its a good question that Zeroc is putting up. I think there could be lots of purposes or aims of the NGO which may include;
1. Work collectively to create opportunities for maldivian musicians.
2. Protecting the rights of the musicians (including economic and social rights such as copyright for their own productions from being ‘copied’ and exploited.)
3. Liase with other NGOs and governmental authorities and work for th betterment of the environment where musicians operate.
4. Participate in the policy making issues related to musicians and their rights. (these policies will, in the future reflect how the musicians shall operate and etc.)
I hope thats enough good things an NGO could do.
u know how to contact me. dont you?
Good Luck Hameed and all those who came up with the idea. please let me know should you need any help getting it registered.
