    i think gnatoll.com has some. i’m not so sure if they have traditional music though. that site is blocked in Maldives (by the government) :S

    Dmitry is probably looking for “bodu beru” tracks. actually i’m looking for some good quality recordings of bodu beru tracks too. anyone got any?

    Hello all. Sorry for poor English, I’m from Russia and it’s not my natural language.
    Last week I have a honeymoon in Maldives and in one day in our hotel was “Maldivian Culture Show”. A small group of men make a great show of original maldivian music. I don’t know how to name this songs when some of men make rythm by hand-drums (?) and others make a melody by very nice men’s chorus.
    I beloved in this music, really.
    In Male I was buy a disc of “Zero Degree Atoll”, it’s a great music but I’m hardly looking for real original songs like in this show. May be this was a Badu-Beru style, may be not, but my searches in Internet is misresulting. gnatoll.com is not responding from Russia and other resources only links to it.
    Can anyone help?
