FASYLIVE’s Silver Coming Soon
Silver’ is FASYLIVE’s first Dhivehi (Maldivian) abum and its the first live recording of a concert to be released in the form of an album in the Maldives. The show it self was a star studded event which featured artists like Nashidh, Unoosha, Kayaano, and more.
With Hassan (Guru) and Moosa (Binmaa) on Boduberu (Traditional Drums), Hamy on Keyboard and Ahmed (Bayse) on percussion, ‘Silver’ was aimed to bring out a fusion of contemporary rock with the local traditional rhythm and discipline to create a brand new genre of music.
The band plans to release ‘Silver’ on the 6th of September 2008
A time and venue is still to be announced.

100% for the effort but I would suggest to do such recordings in a multitrack studio that can do over dubs. I dont think any pair of decent ears can this album after what I heard live at Olympus, which apart from the mentioned fusion, is also a fusion of competent and incompetent. My God bless the producer(s).

Nothing is wrong with me… Fasy certainly is the best rock guitarist in Maldives. Whats wrong is with few others on the platform and the concept.
